EAGLE

DHS established a department-wide contract for Information Technology (IT) services and commodities. The EAGLE platform is used for acquiring IT service solutions in five functional categories (FC's):

  • FC1 - Engineering Design, Development, Implementation and Integration
  • FC2 - Operations and Maintenance
  • FC3 - Independent Test, Evaluation, Validation and Verification
  • FC4 - Software Development
  • FC5 - Management Support Services

The procurements are conducted by the Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) in cooperation with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the Component IT and procurement communities within DHS Agencies.

Functional Areas
ATCorp through its subsidiary, HIIS, is a member of Aerient, LLC, a small business awardee in FC 2 – Tier 1 operations and maintenance (O&M) – (Contract No. HSHQDC-06-D-00063). ATCorp performs a full range of O&M solutions, processes, and procedures necessary to sustain systems within the DHS enterprise at the highest levels of service and availability. These include data center, help desk and field support services (e.g., desk-side support and LAN administration), network and security operations, and collaboration services (e.g., e-mail, voice, and video services). Services range from maintaining and upgrading individual pieces of hardware and software to full managed-service solutions.

ATCorp is a subcontractor to CSC, a large systems integrator with awards in FC1, FC2, FC4 and FC5 - (contract number HSHQDC-06-D-00021). ATCorp has the experience and professional capacity to perform services that comprise the full set of requirements for DHS and its agencies across the awarded functional categories.
