Our History
Applied Technologies Corporation was formed in 2002 as AOC Applied Technologies, LLC (ATCorp) to focus on the rapidly expanding Federal sector market. At the core of our capabilities are the extremely dedicated and talented men and women that support our clients. Since our founding, our people, products and services have evolved to meet the shifting needs of our customers, but one thing is constant -- our belief in our operational philosophy: Solutions. Technology. Results.
Our initial focus was on management and IT outsourcing. As we evolved, our expertise expanded into full program management to the Federal systems development lifecycle (SDLC), enterprise architecture, systems engineering and technical services.
Throughout our history, our client portfolio and partnerships have expanded to include the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Navy, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Citizenship and Immigration Services, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. In 2008, our capabilities led to contracts at DHS to manage the Critical Warning Information Network for DHS.
